What is included in each Siya Health subscription tier ?
All care is delivered remotely, enabling patients to access their providers via secure video calls, chat, and messaging from anywhere. This model eliminates the need for in-person visits yet maintains a high standard of care and responsiveness.

Which states are Siya Health providers licensed in?
Siya Health providers are licensed in Pennsylvania, Florida, West Virginia, New Mexico, Maine, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Virginia, Indiana, Texas, and are expanding into additional states. Always check availability before scheduling your first appointment.

Do you prescribe medications, including controlled substances?
Yes, prescription management (including non-controlled and controlled substances) is available in select membership tiers. For controlled substances, strict eligibility criteria, clinical evaluation, Creyos testing, urine drug screening, and PDMP compliance are required. No controlled substances are prescribed on acute visits.

Creyos cognitive testing is included in the General and Special Mental Health subscription tiers. It provides objective assessment of attention, memory, and executive function to support clinical decision-making and track progress over time.
