A cognitive assessment that measures and tracks your focus and memory

Short online tasks give you and your clinician an objective baseline for memory, attention, reasoning and verbal ability. Your clinician interprets the results alongside your history, records and labs. You can repeat it later to see your progress.

What you'll do

Step 1

Talk with your clinician first.

When you've decided to go ahead, our team sets up your assessment and emails you a secure link.

Step 2

Start when you're ready.

Each task opens with instructions and a practice round you can repeat.

Step 3

Complete the tasks.

Short puzzles and games, most 1.5 to 3 minutes each. The full set takes about 40 minutes on a desktop, laptop or tablet.

Step 4

Optional questionnaires.

Your clinician may ask you to complete validated questionnaires about areas such as mood, stress, sleep and attention. Questionnaires add time.

Step 5

Your results.

A report compares your scores with a reference group of similar age and sex. Your clinician reviews it with you and uses it, with everything else, to shape your plan.

We use the Creyos platform for the tasks and questionnaires.

What it measures

  • Short-term and working memory
  • Remembering events and details
  • Attention and concentration
  • Reasoning and planning
  • Verbal ability
  • Visual-spatial processing

Good to know

The results are a snapshot of how you performed that day, and they vary naturally from day to day. The assessment doesn't diagnose any condition or explain why you might feel foggy. Your clinician looks at the full picture.

To prepare

Choose a quiet room and put devices on silent. Use a desktop, laptop or tablet with a modern browser. If you don't have one, tell your care team. If you repeat the assessment later, try to take it at a similar time of day with similar sleep.
