Your annual physical checks your body. Your focus and memory rarely get measured.

Test

Offered to every new patient; optional. A short set of computer tasks measures attention, memory and processing speed and compares your results with a reference group. It does not diagnose; your clinician interprets it.

Treat

A physician-led plan for focus, stress, sleep, mood, weight, hormones and primary care.

Track

If you opt in, we repeat the assessment over time and compare it with your earlier results, so you can see change as well as symptoms.

Meet the founders

Real clinicians. Real people.

Siya Health was founded by Dr. Sneh Pandey, MD and Dr. Swati Pandey, MD — physicians, parents, and partners. Between demanding medical careers and raising a family, we lived the exact problem Siya Health was built to solve: healthcare that doesn’t fit around a real schedule. We’ve seen it from both sides — as providers working inside a system that wasn’t built for anyone’s time, and as patients trying to get care for ourselves and our family within it. Siya Health exists to give busy professionals — including the doctors treating them — the flexibility neither side ever had.

Frequently asked questions

What is a cognitive assessment?

It's a set of short online brain tasks, puzzles and games you complete on your own device. The tasks come from published neuroscience research, including brain-imaging studies, and they measure things like reasoning, memory, attention, planning and verbal ability. Your results are compared with a large reference group of people in your age group, so you get an objective baseline instead of a guess. Your clinician goes through the results with you, and you can repeat the assessment later to see your progress. On its own it isn't a diagnosis; it's one piece of the picture. Read the research behind the tasks

How do I get started?

Start with a free Meet & Greet: pick a time that works for you and talk through what's going on with one of our clinicians. No commitment. If you already know you want to go ahead, you can book an initial consultation straight away. Too busy for a call? You can start a consultation by Secure Medical Chat whenever it suits you.

What states do you serve?

California, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Florida only.

How much does it cost, and do I need insurance?

You don't need insurance to get started, and the Meet & Greet is free. When you're ready to go ahead, you book an initial consultation. Your clinician takes a detailed history, reviews the records you upload, and orders labs or cognitive testing if they're needed. Once everything is reviewed, they build a personalised plan with you. If you decide to enroll, our monthly program covers your ongoing care, including follow-up visits, testing over time, primary care and weight care. Prescriptions aren't included. Current prices are on our pricing page. See pricing

How do labs work, and what do they cost?

If your clinician decides labs would help, they order them through our lab partner, and you choose a nearby draw location at a major national lab. Lab fees are separate from your membership. Through our partner, you pay a discounted rate directly instead of the lab's standard price. Already have recent results? Upload them, and your clinician will review them first so you don't repeat tests you don't need.

Can I get medication prescribed?

Sometimes, yes. If your clinician believes medication could help and the likely benefits outweigh the risks, it can be prescribed after a proper evaluation. It's always a shared decision with your provider, and never rushed. Medication isn't prescribed at the free Meet & Greet. That call is for getting to know each other and mapping out next steps.

Is medication included?

No, medication isn't part of your plan. If you're prescribed something, we send it to the pharmacy you prefer, whether that's a local pharmacy or an online one, and you pay the pharmacy directly.

How fast can I be seen?

We can usually offer an appointment the same week, and openings from cancellations come up too. If you need something sooner, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Is this urgent or emergency care?

No. Siya Health is scheduled, planned telehealth, focused on memory, attention and the primary care that supports them. If you need a specialist, your clinician can point you in the right direction. This is not emergency care. If you think you are having an emergency, call 911.
