Executive function domains in adult ADHD evaluation: working memory, focus and attention, impulse control, time management, planning, and task initiation.
Executive function domains clinicians may explore during structured evaluation. Screening is not diagnosis.

Does This Sound Like You?

Can't Start or Finish Tasks

You begin projects with good intentions but struggle to follow through.

Constant Overwhelm

Everyday responsibilities feel harder than they should.

Forgetfulness

Misplacing keys, wallets, appointments, and important details.

Poor Focus

Your attention drifts even when something matters to you.

Racing Thoughts

Your mind rarely feels quiet.

Time Blindness

Underestimating how long things take or constantly running behind.

Many adults seeking ADHD evaluations describe symptoms dating back to childhood—being told they were careless, distracted, or not trying hard enough. Some have struggled through school, work, or daily responsibilities for years. Others previously received treatment but lost access because of insurance changes, relocation, provider availability, pregnancy, or life circumstances.

These experiences are common. A structured evaluation—not a checklist alone—helps clarify what may be contributing.

ADHD Clarity in 3 Easy Steps

Here's what to expect.

Step 1

Take Free ADHD Screening

A brief online screening that can help determine whether a full ADHD evaluation may be worth exploring. No obligation.

Step 2

Comprehensive Evaluation

Meet virtually with one of our licensed medical providers. We review your symptoms, childhood history, daily functioning, previous treatment experiences, and any relevant records. When appropriate, validated assessment tools may be used to support the evaluation. This is a structured clinical assessment—not just a quick online quiz.

Step 3

Personalized Treatment Plan

You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms and what your options are moving forward. Recommendations may include: lifestyle strategies, sleep optimization, therapy, coaching, medication management, additional evaluation. Medication may be discussed when clinically appropriate but is never guaranteed.

How Our ADHD Evaluation Model Works

Structured, clinician-led assessment—not a standalone psychiatry or psychology practice.

Structured Clinical Evaluation

We use established diagnostic criteria alongside clinical judgment to understand the full picture—not questionnaires alone.

Assessment Tools When Appropriate

Validated assessment tools may be used to support the evaluation process. These tools complement—but do not replace—clinical judgment.

Real-Life Impact

We explore how symptoms affect work, relationships, organization, time management, and everyday responsibilities.

Documentation & Follow-Up

Clear documentation helps support treatment planning, ongoing care, and progress tracking over time.

Every evaluation is individualized. Not every patient requires the same assessments, and recommendations are tailored to personal history, symptoms, goals, and clinical findings. Siya delivers ADHD care through a primary care–led model with licensed medical providers.

A Message From Dr. Sneh Pandey

Medical Director on stigma, thorough evaluation, and long-term ADHD care.

Dr. Sneh Pandey, MD, Medical Director at Siya Health, in a modern office.

Dr. Sneh Pandey, MD · Medical Director · ADHD-CCSP · Internal Medicine · Obesity Medicine. Many adults struggle for years before seeking an ADHD evaluation. For too long, symptoms are misunderstood as laziness, lack of motivation, or simply not trying hard enough.

Attention and executive function difficulties often affect school, work, relationships, and self-confidence in ways that compound over time. A thorough evaluation matters—not because every patient needs the same tests, but because your history, symptoms, and goals are unique.

Treatment is not just medication. When clinically appropriate, care may include lifestyle strategies, therapy coordination, sleep support, and ongoing follow-up—with medication considered only when it aligns with your clinical picture.

Our goal is lasting improvement in quality of life and day-to-day functioning. That starts with being heard, being evaluated carefully, and building a plan you can follow long term.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Evaluations are conducted by licensed medical providers using clinical history and individualized validated tools. If DSM criteria are met, you receive a formal diagnosis and documented plan. Diagnosis does not guarantee medication.

A 60–90 minute virtual visit, clinical history review, validated assessment tools as clinically appropriate (such as ASRS, DIVA, Wender Utah, SWAN, or Creyos), and screening for anxiety, depression, and PTSD—plus a personalized treatment plan.

Medication may be discussed when clinically appropriate after evaluation—diagnosis and evaluation do not guarantee medication, and stimulant prescribing is never guaranteed. When medication is appropriate, we offer non-stimulant and stimulant options with proper monitoring and follow-up.

We use evidence-based protocols including monitoring, follow-ups, and drug screening when required for controlled medications.

Same-week appointments are common after completing the initial screening.
