- Free Meet & Greet (15 minutes).—A short intro call to talk through what you'd like help with. No clinical decisions are made on this call.
- Share your records.—Upload previous records, medication history and any labs you have.
- Your evaluation.—A longer visit with a deeper history. A cognitive assessment, offered to every new patient, is included and gives your clinician an objective baseline to use alongside your history, records and labs.
